When is the deadline to pre-register as a speaker?
Please register no later than Monday, November 8, 2010 (it takes 30 seconds...really!)
When can I expect to receive my badge in the mail?
Badges will not be mailed in advance. Instead you'll be sent a reminder/ confirmation email a few days before the show which will include a confirmation number tied to your registration record. To expedite your on-site check-in, please print out that registration confirmation and bring it with you to on-site registration, Exhibit Hall 1 at the Cox Business Services Convention Center, where you will quickly receive your badge.

Can I get into my session room the day before to set up?
No, the session rooms are available after 7:00am Wednesday, November 10th only.
If I am shipping in my presentation materials/handouts, booth display, etc. when should the truck arrive?
If you are shipping your booth and/or materials directly to the Cox
Convention Center, the truck must arrive between 9am - 7:00pm on
Tuesday, November 9, 2010. Shipments received at the Cox Convention
Center prior to Tuesday, November 9, 2010 will be refused. (Please see
below for shipping to the advance warehouse).

If you are shipping your materials in advance of InnoTech, Event1

To avoid additional after deadline charges, materials shipped in advance must arrive by Monday, November 8, 2010. After November 8, 2010, plan to ship your materials DIRECTLY to the Convention Center (see above for address).
Can Speaker pass holders attend the InnoTech conference sessions?
Yes, speakers are encouraged to attend the conference sessions, keynotes and vendor seminars; however, the IT Executive Forum & Luncheon is an invite only event for executive level IT professionals only and separate registration and payment is required (includes lunch).
Can exhibitor pass holders attend the IT Executive Forum & Luncheon and/or the eMarketing Summit?
No, the IT Executive Forum & Luncheon (for executive level IT professionals only) and eMarketing Summit are not open to exhibitors. Only sponsors and paid registrants of the above two events are permitted access.
